How long does it take to process/ship my order?

All in-stock orders (both standard and expedited) are processed within 1-3 business days as to where it will be shipped out (UPS, USPS, DHL). Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.

What size should I order?

Sizing charts can be found in the descriptions of each item in our catalog. We do not offer returns/ exchanges on wrong sizes ordered therefore it is recommended to make use of our sizing charts before you make a purchase.

Can I return my order? 

Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders already shipped. After an order has been shipped, exchanges or returns will not be accepted. Detailed sizing charts are provided with each item and are highly encouraged to be reviewed before making a purchase to ensure the correct sizes are chosen. 

How do I care for my products? (Washing and Ironing)

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. If using bleach, only use non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. If ironing, use medium heat and do not use the iron directly on the graphics. Do not dry clean. Labels with detailed care instructions can be found on the inside of every garment.

Something is wrong with my order, what do I do?

If you received the wrong items or your items are damaged, please contact us at info@sosobrand.store with photos of wrong/damaged items, your order number and any information that you feel we need to know. We'll be able to offer you a replacement product or a refund.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email that enables you to track and trace your order. US shipping times usually range between 3-8 days after the order is processed, depending on the shipping destination and the carrier. International orders usually takes between 10-20 days depending on the shipping location and country. These shipping times are only estimates and may change due to various circumstances. Can I cancel/change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order please email us at info@sosobrand.store with your order number and details on why you would like to cancel/change. If your order has not already been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Where is my order coming from?

Most items are currently processed in Fort Mill, SC, USA, a small town outside of Charlotte, NC. 

How long does it take to restock an item?

Item restocks can take up to 2-8 days to process and will ship as soon as they are ready. We usually set up email alerts for when items are back in stock so feel free to sign up.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept most major payment platforms and credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, PayPal. 

The item I want is sold out, can I pre-order?

If an item you desire is out of stock, please add your email to our mailing list to receive updates on when the item will be back in stock. We do occasionally allow pre-orders for new products in the process of being released.

How are the products made?

All products are manufactured in the U.S. in a no-sweat shop, humane, and sustainable way. The products are then screen printed and pressed by hand in house by the SoSo Brand team. All graphics are originally designed by SoSo’s co-founder and carefully executed onto sustainably sourced garments.
